Lead Consultant for Special Study

Background

SoCha is seeking a Lead Consultant to conduct a special study on accountability mechanisms in conflict-affected areas within the Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) project in Myanmar. This study will focus on implementing Accountability to Affected People (AAP) and specifically on Complaints and Feedback Response Mechanisms (CFRMs) in challenging operational environments. The goal is to assess the difficulties and develop practical, context-specific AAP and CFRM minimum standards for use by implementing partners (IPs) in Myanmar. The Lead Consultant will report to the Senior Monitoring Advisor, supervise a National Consultant, and ensure the successful delivery of the study’s results.
